About
Mercer on Mission combines academic study with meaningful service around the world. In our 2025 program in Greece, students engaged directly with Roma communities in the Corinth region, learning about ancient history while witnessing modern inequality. This advocacy site emerged from those experiences—built from real voices, real stories, and a desire to create change. Learn more at Mercer on Mission Greece
Mission
We are committed to raising awareness about the exclusion of Roma communities in Greece through storytelling, digital advocacy, and ethical media. Our mission is to amplify Roma voices—not speak for them—and encourage ongoing education and engagement from local and global audiences.
Vision
We envision a Greece where every child has access to education, every family to healthcare and housing, and every Roma voice is heard and respected. Through our work, we aim to challenge bias, break silence, and build bridges of understanding.
